Helpino provides AI-powered personal-productivity tools: Message Writer, Document Reader, Meal Planner, and Ask (general Q&A across multiple skill personas).

The free tier offers limited monthly access. Paid tiers (Plus, Max, Unlimited) unlock higher quotas and additional features such as web search and skill personas.

Free: CHF 0 / month, 10 requests / month.

Plus: CHF 4.99 / month, 100 requests / month.

Max: CHF 9.99 / month, 400 requests / month.

Unlimited: CHF 49.99 / month, no monthly cap; soft per-day caps per module.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is charged on day 15 unless you cancel.

Prices are in Swiss francs. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for active subscribers.

You may cancel any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds.

You agree NOT to use Helpino for illegal activity; to generate harmful, harassing, or hateful content; to bypass rate limits or quotas; to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; or to use outputs to train competing AI models.

You are responsible for the content you generate and for evaluating it before acting on it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All AI-generated output is for informational purposes only and is NOT a substitute for professional advice.

Specifically: AI output is not medical advice (consult a qualified healthcare provider); not legal advice (consult a qualified lawyer); not financial advice (consult a qualified advisor).

We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Helpino does not currently offer Health, Legal, or Finance skill personas precisely because of these liability concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Our aggregate liability for any damages arising from your use of the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for actions you take based on AI output.

You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and/or deleting your account.

We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, security concerns, or extended inactivity, with reasonable notice where practical.

Upon termination, your data is deleted according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Place of jurisdiction is the canton of the operator's domicile, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
